For ecommerce stores

Ecommerce analytics from first visit to repeat order

Store platforms report orders. They rarely show where shoppers drop out, which products bring people back, or how much of your traffic is real. LogZuno does, from the events your store sends: viewed product, added to cart, started checkout, placed order.

Sound familiar?

  • 1

    Abandonment without the why

You know carts are abandoned. You don't know at which step, on which device, or for which products.

  • 2

    Traffic you can't trust

Scrapers and price bots run your analytics script and inflate sessions, so conversion rates look worse than they are.

  • 3

    Orders without the story

An order is a row in your platform. Where the shopper came from and whether they buy again is somewhere else.

How LogZuno helps ecommerce stores

  • Shoppers who are people

Visitors count as people only after a real interaction. Price bots and scrapers are labelled and kept apart.

Questions

What is ecommerce analytics?

Ecommerce analytics measures how shoppers find a store, move through product pages and checkout, and whether they buy again. It turns visits and orders into conversion rates, revenue by product and repeat purchase rates.

Which ecommerce metrics matter most?

Checkout conversion, cart abandonment, average order value and repeat purchase rate, plus traffic by channel counted on real people. Our ecommerce metrics guide explains each one.

Does LogZuno integrate with Shopify or WooCommerce?

There's no ready-made Shopify or WooCommerce app. If you can add code or a script to your store, you can send events with the LogZuno script tag or an HTTP request from your backend.

How do I calculate average order value in LogZuno?

Send a Placed order event with an amount property, then chart the average of amount. Break it down by country or campaign to compare.

Does LogZuno count bots as shoppers?

No. A visitor counts as a person only after a real tap, click, key press or scroll. Automated browsers, scrapers and crawlers are labelled with the reason and kept out of people counts.

Can I see which shoppers came from ChatGPT?

Yes. Visits with a ChatGPT referrer or tag show as their own channel, and with a log drain or /v1/hits LogZuno can also show likely ChatGPT visits that arrived without a referrer.
