For founders and CMOs

A startup KPI dashboard for founders and CMOs

Founders and CMOs need a handful of numbers they can trust, every Monday, without asking anyone to pull them. LogZuno puts them on one dashboard, built from your product's own events, and tells you when one moves.

Sound familiar?

  • 1

    Numbers in five tools

Revenue in billing, traffic in one analytics tool, usage in another. The board deck takes a day.

  • 2

    Different definitions

Marketing's active users and product's active users aren't the same number, and meetings become arguments about it.

  • 3

    Finding out late

A drop in sign-ups or a spike in failed payments is noticed at the monthly review.

Questions

What should be on a startup KPI dashboard?

Five to eight numbers that describe the business end to end: new sign-ups, activation rate, revenue or MRR, retention, and the main acquisition channel. Each one compared with the previous period.

How many KPIs should a startup track?

As few as decide what you do next, usually one per stage of the funnel. More numbers make a dashboard harder to read and easier to ignore.

Can I get the numbers by email every week?

Yes. The weekly report sends a Monday summary per project by email or browser push, and each team member chooses whether to receive it.

Can investors or the board see the dashboard?

Yes. Share a read-only public link, which you can revoke at any time. Lists of people are never shown on public dashboards.

Does LogZuno connect to Stripe?

Not directly. Send payment events with the amount from your backend or webhook handler, or push values such as MRR from your code to /v1/insight.

What does LogZuno cost?

Starter $17, Growth $32, Business $62 and Enterprise $99 a month, for 50,000 to 500,000 events. Every plan has every feature, with a 7-day free trial.
