How it works
Conversion rate = conversions ÷ visitors × 100. Use the same unit on both sides: visitors and converted visitors, or sessions and sessions with a conversion. Mixing them makes the rate meaningless.
Bots inflate the visitor count and pull the rate down. LogZuno's web analytics counts people who interacted with the page, so the rate is computed on people rather than raw page loads.
Questions
Why is my conversion rate lower in analytics than in my store?
Often because the visitor count includes automated traffic. Bots that run JavaScript are counted as visitors by script-based tools and never convert.
