How the 7-day trial works

One trial per person and card. No surprise charges.

  1. Day 1

    Choose a plan

    Enter a card in Stripe Checkout. Every feature unlocks, up to 500 events and 500 AI visibility requests.

  2. Day 5

    We remind you

    An email 3 days before the first charge, with the amount, the date and a link to cancel.

  3. Day 8

    Your plan starts

    The first payment is taken and the plan's full allowance begins. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Questions

How does the free trial work?

Choose a plan and enter a card in Stripe Checkout. You get 7 days with every feature, up to 500 events and 500 AI visibility requests. We email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; the plan's full allowance starts with the first payment.

Can I have more than one trial?

No. Each person and card gets one trial. If a card or account has already had one, the subscription is charged straight away.

What happens to my data if I cancel during the trial?

Ingestion stops, and the data is deleted 30 days later, so you can come back within that time without losing anything.

What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?

We email you at 80% and 90% and at 100%. After 100%, new events are refused with HTTP 429 until the next billing period or until you upgrade; nothing already stored is deleted.

What counts as an event?

Every event sent to /v1/log or /v1/batch, and every pageview from a person. Identify, group and insight calls are free, and so are pageviews labelled as automated (crawlers, scripts, headless browsers).

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time from Billing. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe.
