Terms of Service

The agreement for using LogZuno: accounts, the trial, billing, your data, acceptable use and liability.

Updated

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between Palzin LLC (“we”, “us”) and the person or organisation that uses LogZuno (“you”). LogZuno means the app at platform.logzuno.app, the API, the SDKs, the MCP server and the mobile apps.

By creating an account or using LogZuno you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 and give accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, their roles, and everything done with your API keys and tokens. Keep them secret and revoke any that leak.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Free trial

A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan you choose, which needs a payment card and is limited to 500 events and 500 pageviews. We email you 3 days before it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan. Each person and each card gets one trial.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, at the prices on our pricing page, plus applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase, which applies from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may limit your account until it is paid.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly quota of events and pageviews and keeps 90 days of history. Once a quota is used up, further events are refused until the next billing period or until you upgrade; we don't charge overage. We also apply rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone.

6. Your data

You own the data you send to LogZuno (“customer data”). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide LogZuno to you, as described in the DPA.

You are responsible for having the right to send it, including telling your users and getting any consent the law requires. Don't send passwords, payment card numbers, health records or other special categories of personal data in events or properties.

You can export your data at any time. Events and pageviews are deleted after 90 days; deleting an organisation deletes its data.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, or track people in a way the law doesn't allow;
  • send malware, spam, or content you don't have the right to send;
  • probe, overload or get around the security, limits or other customers' isolation of LogZuno, except through a security report to us;
  • resell LogZuno or use it to build a competing product;
  • share accounts, or create accounts to get more trials.

8. Integrations and AI features

When you connect Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks, Google or GitHub, those services' own terms apply to them, and we send them only what you configure.

Ask LogZuno and other AI features produce answers that can be wrong. Check results before relying on them.

9. Our intellectual property

LogZuno, its software, design and documentation belong to us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LogZuno during your subscription under these Terms. You may use and adapt the code samples in our documentation in your own software. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep LogZuno available and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and there is no service-level agreement unless we sign one with you. We may change features over time; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using LogZuno and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, doesn't pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix it.

After a subscription ends, you can still sign in to export your data until it is deleted under our retention rules. Sections on your data, our property, liability and governing law survive termination.

12. Disclaimer

LogZuno is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations, to a breach of the acceptable-use rules, or to liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from customer data you send or from your breach of the acceptable-use rules.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to sue at home.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the date above, and email account owners at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use LogZuno after that means you accept the new Terms.

17. General

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the DPA, are the whole agreement between us about LogZuno. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Contact us at [email protected].
