For SaaS brands
SaaS analytics from sign-up to renewal
A SaaS business runs on a few numbers: how many people sign up, how many get value, how many pay and how many stay. LogZuno builds all of them from the events your app already produces, and tells you the moment a payment fails.
Sound familiar?
- 1
Numbers spread across tools
Sign-ups in one place, payments in another, usage in a database query someone runs on Fridays. Nobody sees the whole funnel.
- 2
Activation measured the wrong way
Dividing total projects by total sign-ups counts people who skipped steps. The number flatters you until churn shows up.
- 3
Finding out too late
A failed payment, a broken onboarding step or a big account going quiet is noticed at month end, not when it happens.

Questions
What is SaaS analytics?
SaaS analytics measures the journey of a subscription customer: where they came from, whether they reached value, whether they pay and whether they stay. It combines product events, web traffic and billing events, usually tracked per user and per account.
Which SaaS metrics should I track first?
Activation rate, retention by weekly cohort and trial-to-paid conversion. They tell you whether the product works for new users before revenue or churn numbers can.
Can LogZuno calculate MRR?
LogZuno doesn't read Stripe directly. Send a Payment received event with the amount and plan to chart revenue, or push your MRR value from your code to /v1/insight and show it as a tile with 90 days of history.
Does LogZuno support B2B accounts?
Yes. Send a group_id with events and a group call with the company's properties, then count unique accounts, see members per account and run funnels counted per account.
Can I track my marketing site in the same place?
Yes. Add the LogZuno script to your site for pageviews and channels, in the same project as your product events, so a sign-up can be traced back to the visit before it.
How long is data kept?
90 days on every plan. Charts, funnels and retention can cover any range within those 90 days.
